Vodafone Roaming

Thanks to the EU roaming regulation changes, from 15 June 2017 you can use your home plan across Vodafone Europe Zones with no additional roaming charges* – which is great news.

If you’re travelling outside Europe, Business Traveller is a simple, cost effective option that lets you continue to use your UK plan in any of the destinations in Vodafone’s World Zone for a small fixed daily fee. So you don’t need to worry about large bills on your return.

Vodafone Business Traveller – for customers with 1- 9 connections

Business Traveller can be added to your plan at a cost of just £5 (exc. VAT) extra a day (midnight to 11.59pm, local time) – please note this service is included with many Vodafone plans as standard. You’ll only pay on the days you use your phone when travelling in the World Zone.

* Standard calls, texts and data use only. Non-geographic, premium-rate and other non-standard calls and texts will continue to be charged at current roaming rates. Fair usage policy applies, please check your relevant price plan for details.

Vodafone Business Plus, Advance or Freedom plans

Business Traveller can be added to your plan at a cost of just £2.50 (exc. VAT) extra a day in Europe Zone 2, and £5 (exc. VAT) extra a day (midnight to 11.59pm, local time) in the World Zone – many of the shared data plans come with it added as standard. You’ll only pay on the days you use your phone when travelling in these zones.

If you are unsure if your account has Business Traveller as standard or would like to add this service, please contact Pescado 24 hours prior to travelling either via email customersupport@pescado.co.uk or by calling 03300022000, option 1 and option 1 again.

Please ensure your mobile number is present along with handset make and model and the country you are travelling to. The customer service team will then ensure there are no restrictions at network level and provide information on the rates and bundles available to you to keep costs to a minimum. We can also ensure your handset has no restrictions present and also advise how to set up a voicemail pin to avoid being locked out of voicemail whilst abroad.
